Our costs and fees.
Normally we do not charge for arranging mortgages because we receive commission from the lender after the mortgage completes. However there are lenders who do not offer commission to brokers and if we feel the need to recommend one of these because the product is economically favourable to the customer then we make a charge of 0.34% of the loan amount i.e. for a loan of £100,000 the fee would be £340. However there are no upfront fee payable to us as the charge is not payable until completion of your mortgage.
